Privacy policy
This site collects personal data only when you submit an enquiry form: your name, email address, company, country/region of interest and your message. That data is used to reply to your enquiry and to send event updates for the edition you selected. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time, or write to events@fintechxpo.com to have your data removed.
What we collect
- Details you type into an enquiry, booth, sponsorship or info-pack form
- The edition (Tashkent, Tbilisi or Astana) and enquiry type you selected
- Basic technical data needed to deliver and protect the site, including anti-spam checks
We do not ask for financial account details, trading credentials or identity documents through this website.
How we use it
Submissions are used to respond to your enquiry, send information about the edition you asked about, and share practical event updates such as agenda and venue announcements. We do not sell personal data.
Spam protection
Enquiry forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and server-side rate limiting. Turnstile performs a browser challenge to distinguish humans from automated submissions; it is used only to validate a submission, not for advertising profiling.
Email preferences and deletion
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can manage preferences at /unsubscribe. To request a copy of your data or its deletion, email events@fintechxpo.com from the address you submitted and we will action it.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept while your enquiry is active and for the lifecycle of the event edition you asked about, unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
